Hi Shelfie Shoppers! We are busy finishing up last minute (if unexpected) adjustments requested by our factory and will be cutting and sewing your cozy clothes very soon!
Thanks so so much for your support and patience while we work out all of the kinks of our first of many production runs. This process has been a huge learning experience, and it would have been much more stressful without such patient, enthusiastic backers!
The fabric delay was a huge blow that put us two months behind. We have all of the ingredients at the factory and are now fine tuning communication and requirements with the factory. They have made first run mock ups and are shipping them to us Monday to make sure we are happy with how they make the styles. Once we inspect them for quality and fit, we'll finalize the patterns and order the markers (big, industrial multi-patterns). The markers will take another week to produce and a week to ship. Once the factory receives the markers, they'll have the final "go" on cutting out all of our pattern pieces. Cutting and sewing takes 4 weeks. Then they'll ship all of the pieces to us which should take about a week. We'll need a week to inspect, organize and package. And then finally! Your package will be on its way to you! Given the holidays that are coming up which will slow things a bit, I expect you to receive your packages by the end of January. We just hate that this is a full four months later than expected. We're so sorry! We know they'll be worth the wait, and we so appreciate your support!
Warmly,
Joanne Jarrett
